Situation

The Colomac Mine site shut down and the owners needed to quickly sell inventory and useable mine assets prior to the winter season, which prevents reasonable access to the site. The site included a 10,000 TPD Process Plant.

Solution

AM King stepped in and agreed to purchase all mine site assets. Logistics and transport plans were quickly crafted. AM King’s team worked 24/7 on asset dismantling and loading, and mine assets were transported from Yellowknife, NT to a storage facility in Edmonton over the Winter Ice Road.
